Pisi Community Guidelines
Pisi is a place to chat, go live and support the people you like. These guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed. They apply to profiles, messages, photos, live streams, comments and gifts. Breaking them can lead to content being removed, lives being ended, and accounts being suspended or banned.
1. Pisi is 18+
- You must be 18 or older to use Pisi.
- Never show, involve or sexualise anyone under 18. We report child safety concerns to the police and the eSafety Commissioner.
2. Be respectful
- No bullying, harassment, threats or targeting people with abuse.
- No hate speech or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar.
- No sharing someone's private information (address, phone number, private photos) without their permission.
- No impersonating other people, brands or Pisi staff.
3. Keep it safe for everyone
- No nudity, sexual activity or sexually explicit content, in lives, photos or messages.
- No violence, gore or threats of violence.
- No promoting or showing self-harm, suicide or eating disorders. If you or someone you know needs support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14. In an emergency, call 000.
- No dangerous stunts or challenges that could hurt you or others.
- Don't go live while driving.
4. Nothing illegal
- No selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services.
- No gambling or betting run through Pisi.
- No content that breaks copyright, such as streaming movies, TV shows, sport broadcasts or music you don't have the rights to.
5. Gifts must be fair
- Never pressure, guilt or trick anyone into sending gifts.
- Never offer sexual content, private photos or meetings in exchange for gifts.
- Don't ask people to pay you outside Pisi, or to buy coins for you.
- No fake accounts, gift-for-gift deals, or anything designed to cheat the coins, gifts or diamonds system.
6. No spam or scams
- No spam, chain messages or bulk unwanted messages.
- No scams, phishing, fake giveaways or investment schemes.
- No links that try to steal accounts or personal information.
7. If you see something wrong
- Long-press a message or comment, or use the menu on a profile or live, to report it or block the person.
- Blocking stops someone from messaging you, commenting on your lives and sending you gifts.
- Our team reviews reports. In an emergency, contact the police on 000.
- You can also report serious online abuse to the eSafety Commissioner at www.esafety.gov.au.
8. What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content;
- end a live stream;
- give a warning;
- limit features such as going live or receiving gifts;
- suspend or permanently ban the account and cancel unpaid diamonds;
- report the matter to the police or the eSafety Commissioner.
