Pisi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JULEE INTERACTIVE PTY LTD (ABN 12 703 936 832) ("Pisi", "we", "us"), the operator of the Pisi app. By creating an account or using Pisi, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and our Virtual Items Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Pisi.

1. Who can use Pisi

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be allowed to use Pisi under Australian law and the laws where you live.
  • We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may suspend your account until you do.
  • You can only have one personal account, and you must not use Pisi if we have banned you before.

2. Your account

  • Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Tell us straight away through our Support page if you think someone else is using your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your information when you do.

3. What you can do on Pisi

Pisi lets you chat with other people one-to-one and in groups, follow people, go live, watch other people's lives, comment, and send and receive virtual gifts. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4. Your content

  • "Your content" means anything you post or send on Pisi, including your profile, messages, photos, comments and live streams.
  • You keep ownership of your content.
  • You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, stream and share your content so we can run and improve Pisi. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where it has been shared with others or we must keep it by law.
  • You must have the right to post everything you post, and your content must follow our Community Guidelines.
  • Live streams are shown to other people in real time. Think before you go live.

5. Rules you must follow

You must not:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break the law;
  • break our Community Guidelines;
  • harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
  • post content involving anyone under 18 in a sexual or exploitative way;
  • try to get coins, gifts or diamonds by fraud, chargebacks, stolen payment methods or fake accounts;
  • buy, sell or trade accounts, coins, gifts or diamonds outside Pisi;
  • copy, hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer Pisi, or get around our safety features.

6. Coins, gifts and diamonds

Coins, gifts and diamonds are covered by our Virtual Items Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: coins are bought through the App Store or Google Play, have no cash value, and gifts you send are final.

7. Creators and payouts

If you receive gifts, you earn diamonds. You may be able to exchange diamonds for money as described in the Virtual Items Policy. To be paid you must:

  • complete our identity and payment checks;
  • give us accurate bank and tax details (including an ABN where required);
  • follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for any tax on money you receive from Pisi. We may hold, reduce or cancel payouts linked to fraud, refunds, chargebacks or breaches of these Terms.

8. Safety and moderation

  • You can report people and content, and block people, from inside the app.
  • We may review, remove or restrict content, end live streams, and warn, suspend or ban accounts if we believe the Terms or Community Guidelines have been broken, or to protect people's safety.
  • We may share information with police or regulators where the law requires or allows it, or to protect someone's safety.
  • We don't check everything before it appears, and we're not responsible for what other people post. Other users' views are their own.

9. Ending your use of Pisi

You can stop using Pisi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your account creates a risk for other people or for Pisi. If we ban your account, unused coins and unpaid diamonds may be lost, unless the law says otherwise.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Our responsibility to you

  • Pisi is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or anything caused by other users or by events outside our reasonable control.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the greater of A$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Pisi after the change, you accept the new Terms.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. If you have a problem, please contact us first through our Support page so we can try to fix it. Courts in Western Australia (and courts that can hear appeals from them) can decide disputes.
